Yoxi is a ride-hailing service by Toyota with over 11K active drivers in Taiwan.

As the UI Designer, I led user testing and benchmarking to uncover key friction points, especially around navigation and profile management.

From there, I designed intuitive, systemised UI solutions that aligned with driver needs. Working closely with UX teammates, engineers and clients, we delivered a refined driver experience that’s both polished and practical on the road.
