ATM Cardless Usability Study
This study evaluated and redesigned the ATM cardless withdrawal experience through evidence-based UX.

I conducted 2 rounds of usability testing with 46 participants, combining user interviews, questionnaire surveys, A/B testing and interface optimisation. The final solution boosted usability scores to 91.28% SUS, increased user willingness by +120% and offered a clearer, more intuitive flow for modern ATM services.
